Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with channels in IT-EN-FR-DE-NL, hairdryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), bed and kitchen linen, and air conditioning. The apartments are self-catering and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. Mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay is charged at € 40.00 for the One-room Apartments, € 50.00 for the Two-room Apartments and € 65.00 for the Three-room Apartments and the Superior Three-room Apartments to be paid during your stay. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned and garbage collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional € 100.00 for cleaning. Small pets are welcome and allowed in all areas on a leash. There is an extra charge of € 60.00 per pet per stay. Check in is from 4pm to 7pm and check out by 10am. From 8th November to 7th April heating is on supplement, € 13.00 per day per apartment.
